Citroen C5 Aircross SUV now launched in India :

The C5 Aircross SUV, which is visually larger and more imposing, offers a new design language in which curves give place to more structured lines. The front end style has been updated to be more vertical and modern, reinforcing the character of a safe and imposing car.

The C5 Aircross SUV features a fresh interpretation of the Brand emblem that gradually develops independence and detaches itself from the Daytime Running Lights, signalling a departure from previous models in the range, which had the chevrons extended to the daytime running lights via a chrome strip. The chevrons are now in black lacquer with chrome accents. They progress graphically through a series of increasingly tight chrome and black piano keys. 

The V-shaped daytime running lights LED trademark, which is characteristic of the new Citroen identity, is made of a piano keys design, giving the front lights a hi-tech and deeper-looking 3D effect. Furthermore, the LED Vision Headlamps are more discrete and darker, visually extending the black grille and emphasising the vehicle’s ruggedness. The new style of the air intake section beneath the grille visually widens the front end of the C5 Aircross SUV and gives it a more formidable aspect on the road.

The open and functional air curtains appear to be sculpted by the air and aid to increase aerodynamics. The colour of the air curtain inserts contributes to the vehicle’s movement.

Characteristic of The colour of the inserts adorning the air curtains contributes to the vehicle’s move upmarket, with pearlescent shades such as Dark Chrome. The skid plate in the lower area of the front bumper makes the front end more dynamic and gives it a more high-quality and prestigious appearance. The fairing is available in Glossy Aluminium finish.

The muscular side panels reflect the features of a powerful and reassuring SUV: Unladen ground clearance of 230 mm, huge 716 mm diameter wheels, 360° protections including Airbump and wheel arches, unique roof bars, and a commanding driving position, echoing the prestigious colours of the front-end inserts. Completely consistent with the front of the vehicle, C5 Aircross SUV has a new three-dimensional LED light signature at the rear.  There are 2 Colour Packs on offer, which allows the C5 Aircross to assert its SUV character and its elegance:

The C5 Aircross SUV now has a new 10″ touchscreen that appears to float on the dashboard, immersing the driver and passengers in a more modern passenger compartment. This larger screen enhances ergonomics by providing direct access to climate controls and a higher reading so you can keep your eyes on the road. The vents are now situated beneath the screen and feature a new crisp, horizontal appearance. The new 10″ touchscreen will only be available in Shine. Furthermore, the completely customisable 12″3 digital display with three screens – Personal, Dials, and Minimum – places all necessary and customisable information squarely in the driver’s line of sight chrome design lines which underline, on automatic gearboxes, a more ergonomic layout of controls: a new, elegant and hi-tech e-Toggle gear selector, a new driving mode selection button incorporating the Grip Control function. The central console also integrates a large storage trail regrouping the connectivity with 2 USB-ports and a wireless charger.
